SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND PRICING

Prices for our screen mesh products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot promise that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

SECTION 4 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship our screen mesh products to customers across Europe and the United States.

1. Handling and Transit Time: Order processing, preparation, and dispatch require 2-3 business days. Shipping and transit require 4-10 business days. We partner with premium logistics couriers, including DHL Priority, FedEx Priority, and UPS Priority, to facilitate the delivery of your items.
2. Order Tracking: At key milestones of the logistics process—including order dispatch from our facility, arrival at regional sorting hubs, and local delivery deployment—an automated tracking notification will be sent directly to the email address you provided during checkout. This allows you to monitor the real-time progression of your order.
3. Delivery Delays: In the event that a shipment exceeds the standard transit timeframe, we will immediately initiate a formal investigation with the designated carrier. Based on the findings and verification of the investigation, we will issue a full refund or arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
4. Transfer of Risk and Ownership: In strict accordance with applicable consumer regulations, the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you only when you, or a designated third party acting on your behalf (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the products. Risk does not transfer to the customer upon handover to the logistics company.

SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return policy is structured to remain fully compliant with consumer regulations within our target marketplaces.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers): If you are located within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase agreement without providing any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the items. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement sent to our customer support email: mosquito@screenmeshco.com.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: If any product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer care team via email at mosquito@screenmeshco.com within the statutory timeframe. You are requested to provide clear photographic evidence illustrating the damage or non-conformity. Upon verification of the evidence provided, we will process a full refund or arrange a complimentary replacement. You are not required to return the damaged item physically to us.
3. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed directly back to the original payment method utilized during the initial transaction. Please allow a reasonable period for your financial institution to post the transaction to your account.

SECTION 7 – USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded to them by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law which, in the absence of choice, would have been applicable on the basis of the consumer’s habitual residence (including mandatory statutory consumer rights in the European Union and the United States).
