- If your order exceeds the standard estimated delivery timeframe, we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Based on the findings of this investigation, we will issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement.

- To simplify the process, defective or damaged items do not need to be physically returned to our UK address. The provision of the aforementioned photographic evidence is sufficient for us to process your refund or replacement.
